Mafalda Agante is a passionate reporter with a sweet tooth, holding a degree in Journalism from the University of Coimbra. With experience in television and communication consulting, Mafalda has made a name for herself in the culinary world. She is the creator of the brand ‘Há alguém mais gulosa do que eu?’.
Through her brand, she had a weekly segment on RFM radio. Her expertise also extended to the screen as a judge on a TV show for the French channel My Cuisine. Beyond media, she launched an app and a premium chocolate cake available in hotels, restaurants, pastry shops, and supermarkets.
An accomplished author, Mafalda has penned three cookbooks and co-authored three more, alongside releasing eleven e-books. Her book ‘Doce e (Mais) Saudável’ – ‘Sweet and (More) Healthy’ – notably won the prestigious Gourmand World Cookbook Awards in 2021, a testament to her innovative approach to traditional recipes.
